With this vision, Dr. Anil Kumar Upadhyay has laid the foundation for the Ram Subhag Memorial Health & Educational Foundation and Charitable Trust. Our non-governmental organization has been dedicated to enhancing children's education, healthcare, and women’s empowerment for the past two years.

Our mission is to support those who cannot support themselves. We seek compassionate individuals who are eager to make a difference in others’ lives. Our NGO serves as a bridge, connecting those in need with those willing to help. We focus on improving lives through various initiatives in education, health, and women's empowerment.

Our vision is to strengthen community-led development initiatives that foster positive social, educational, and healthcare changes in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Since our establishment in 2023, the Ram Subhag Memorial Health & Educational Foundation and Charitable Trust have been committed to enhancing the quality of life in rural communities through sustainable programs that address the most pressing challenges facing rural India.

Our Vision

For the past few years, we have been dedicated to serving the eastern part of Uttar Pradesh. Our mission is to provide quality education to underprivileged children and women, improve healthcare education, facilitate access to healthcare for low-income individuals, and empower women. In the next 2 to 5 years, we aim to reach 10,000 people with these services through the support of our NGO.

Women Empowerment

Gender equality remains a critical issue, despite women's essential roles in driving India’s rural economy. Women often face an unequal burden of domestic responsibilities, including fetching water, collecting firewood, and agricultural work, which impacts their physical security, educational opportunities, productivity, income potential, nutritional status, and overall well-being. We are implementing initiatives to alleviate women’s “time poverty,” provide access to economic opportunities, and encourage their participation in decision-making processes. We aim to provide vocational training and skill development for women.

As an initiative, our trust will focus on creating technical training centers offering courses in fields such as:

Educational Development

Our primary focus is to ensure that everyone in rural India has access to the full spectrum of education, from nursery to higher education. Our mission is to empower underprivileged communities in rural India by providing access to quality education and skill development. We aim to foster an inclusive learning environment that nurtures talent, promotes lifelong learning, and enhances the socio-economic conditions of these communities. We also emphasize technical education options such as BTC, nursing, B.Ed, BP, etc.

Health Initiative

Since 2023, we have been committed to providing high-quality, affordable primary medical care to low-income and underprivileged communities in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Our goals include:
